Terms The cottage has to be left the way it is found. Rates are subject to change without notice. Smoking outside only please. Conditions Payment of booking is to be received 30 prior to arrival date. Cancellations 30 days or more of the arrival date is subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 30 days of the arrival date is non-refundable. No penalty will occur for rescheduling a booking as long as it is before season's end and there is availability.
